Why we hate Trauma-doc.

I'm new to infinity and im currently building a teutonic order army. (I know it's bad to explain jokes) but would you mind explaining why a trauma-doc is a friendly-murder ? Nice work by the way! Replacing the stats with a bubble like "im frenzy and berserk" or something alike and adding some basci colours might help to boost this piece of art.
